Movement. Live music. Breath.

One continuous experience.

The Emotional Doorway

What If You Didn’t Have to Reach for the Next Thing?

The next posture.
The next goal.
The next version of yourself.

So much of life asks us to keep moving toward what comes next.

Ritual in Motion creates two hours to experience what is already here.

Through movement, live music, and breath, attention begins to shift away from performance and back toward sensation — the body moving, the music changing, the breath arriving, the room around you.

You are not trying to become better at being present.

You are practicing being here.

Not: How far can I go?

But: What can I feel right now?

One Continuous Experience

Movement. Music. Breath.

Ritual in Motion is designed as one continuous two-hour experience. Each element flows into the next, while the live music evolves with the energy of the room.

01 — Move

60 Minutes of All-Levels Yoga

Abi leads the room through an intentional yoga practice designed to bring attention out of the mind and into the body.

Movement builds gradually, creating space to feel, explore, and become more present through sensation.

02 — Music

A Live DJ Set Throughout the Experience

The music is not added afterward. It is part of the architecture of the experience.

John builds the live set in real time, allowing rhythm, energy, and sound to move with the room from beginning to end.

03 — Breathe

20–30 Minutes of Somatic Breathwork

The experience transitions from movement into guided rhythmic breathwork led by Angela.

The body becomes still while the journey continues — creating space for release, regulation, integration, and return.

Three practices. One shared arc.

Live Music

Music That MovesWith the Room

John Bolos is not creating background music for a yoga class.

He is building a live set that evolves with the experience — beginning grounded and spacious, building as the movement becomes more dynamic, and shifting again as the room transitions into breathwork.

The music responds to the pace, energy, and movement of the room in real time.

It does not sit behind the experience.
It helps carry it.

The Transition

The Movement Ends. The Experience Does Not.

After the yoga practice, the room becomes still—but the music continues.

Abi brings the movement portion of the experience to a close, and Angela guides the room into The Grounding, a 20–30 minute rhythmic somatic breathwork journey.

John’s live set evolves with the transition, carrying the room from movement into breath.

There is no break between the practices. No resetting the room. No stepping outside of the experience.

Yoga becomes stillness.

Music becomes rhythm.

Movement becomes breath.

This is what makes Ritual in Motion one continuous journey rather than three separate offerings placed beside one another.

The Grounding

The Body Becomes Still. The Journey Continues.

The final 20–30 minutes of Ritual in Motion transition into The Grounding, a rhythmic somatic breathwork experience led by Angela.

Participants lie down on their mats as the live music continues and the breath becomes the focus.

Through structured breathing patterns, rhythm, and guided pacing, Angela actively coaches the room through the experience while John’s live set continues to move with it.

The breath creates another way to work with what the body has been holding — creating space for release, regulation, and integration after the movement practice.

This is not passive relaxation. The body may be still, but the experience is active.

Still in the body.

Active in the breath.

Present in the experience.

No previous breathwork experience is required. Participants remain in control of their experience and may return to their natural breath or pause at any time.

The State We Are Moving Toward

Calm, but Energized.

Clear, but relaxed.

Grounded, but fully awake.

Ritual in Motion is designed to bring you back into relationship with your body, your senses, and the present moment.

After moving, listening, breathing, and feeling, the goal is not to leave the room checked out or depleted.

It is to leave feeling more present. More connected. More available to yourself.

Less noise.

More presence.

More of you.
