Operations & Patient Experience
Meet Corina Ralston
The calm behind the details. The warmth behind the welcome.
Corina Ralston brings more than a decade of experience supporting C-level executives and managing the many moving pieces behind complex, fast-paced environments.
With a degree in Business Management and a background spanning executive support, operations, organization, communication, and problem-solving, Corina knows how to bring order to complexity — often before anyone else realizes something needs attention.
Today, she brings that experience to Blue Root in a much more personal way.
Corina helps keep the clinic moving while making sure the people within it feel cared for.
From supporting patients and coordinating the details of their experience to helping the clinical team stay organized behind the scenes, she is one of the people connecting everything together.

Her Role at Blue Root
So Much of a Beautiful Experience Happens Behind the Scenes
Keeping the Details Moving — and the Experience Personal
At Blue Root, Corina’s role touches nearly every part of the day-to-day experience.
She helps manage administrative and operational details, coordinates schedules and priorities, supports the clinical team, communicates with patients, solves the inevitable problems that arise, and helps make sure nothing important gets lost between one moving piece and another.
But for Corina, organization is never only about efficiency.
There are people on the other side of every schedule, phone call, question, and decision.
She enjoys being someone patients can turn to — whether they need an answer, help navigating something, or simply a kind person willing to listen.
Her goal is simple: to help Blue Root feel as thoughtful behind the scenes as the care patients experience in the treatment room.
Professional Background
Experience That Taught Her How to Hold a Lot — Without Losing Sight of the Person
More Than a Decade Behind the Details
Before joining Blue Root, Corina spent more than a decade supporting C-level executives and working within demanding executive environments.
That experience developed the skills she now brings into the clinic every day:
01
Communication
02
Organization
03
Discretion
04
Problem-Solving
05
Operations
06
Executive Support
07
People & Process Coordination
Her professional world may look different today, but much of what made her successful remains the same — anticipating needs, communicating clearly, solving problems, and helping many moving parts work together.
At Blue Root, those skills are now in service of something she deeply values: helping people feel supported.
Beyond Blue Root
Family. Animals. Plants. Sunshine. Water.
Most at Home in the Living World
Originally from Ohio, Corina has called Fort Mill home for the past eight years, where she lives with her husband, two children, three dogs, and a cat.
Family is at the center of her world, along with a lifelong love of animals and nature. She has always been drawn to animals in need and finds enormous fulfillment in helping rescue, care for, and rehabilitate them.
She is happiest outside — gardening, caring for her plants, spending time with her family and animals, or finding her way toward sunshine and water.
The coast and the Lowcountry hold a particularly special place in her heart: the marshes, live oaks, waterways, and beaches of Charleston.
For Corina, caring for people, animals, and the living world around her all come from the same place.

Why This Work Feels Like Home
A Shared Belief in Caring for the Whole Person
Corina’s connection to holistic wellness comes from a broader belief that well-being is about more than addressing what has gone wrong.
It is about creating greater balance, understanding what we need, and caring for ourselves as whole people.
That philosophy is one of the reasons Blue Root feels like such a natural fit.
Here, Corina is able to bring together the skills she has spent years developing with something equally important to her — connection, compassion, and helping people feel genuinely cared for.
