The Wellness Blueprint: Nutrition, Household & Lifestyle Essential - 6 weeks 

This is an opportunity to take a mini course that will guide you through the foundations of a healthy lifestyle. This comprehensive 6-session group course is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in three critical areas of wellness: nutrition, household environment, and lifestyle practices. Through engaging lessons, practical resources, handouts, and helpful links, you will gain the foundational knowledge and tools necessary to improve your eating habits, fuel your body properly, and build a healthier lifestyle. Virtual attendance is optional.

Nutrition

Dive deep into the principles of whole food eating and learn what constitutes nutrient-dense and quality food. You will learn the foundation of a healthy diet, the importance of replenishing minerals, balancing blood sugar levels and making sense of the myriad of dietary advice available today to help you navigate the complexities of modern "nutritionism," empowering you to make informed choices that suit your individual needs. Shopping lists and recipes will be given.

Household

Transform your home into a sanctuary of wellness by learning how to decrease toxic exposure. We will explore practical swaps for personal care products, cleaning supplies, and effective methods for air and water filtration. By the end of this module, you'll be equipped with the knowledge to create a healthier living environment for you and your loved ones.

Lifestyle

Discover effective strategies for stress reduction and nervous system regulation. This section will introduce you to the benefits of many supportive, alternative health therapies along with mindset techniques. Maybe integrating red light therapy or natural sunlight will resonate with you. Maybe grounding practices can be integrated into your daily routine. I will touch upon various treatments such as infrared sauna, acupuncture, massage, energy work, meditation, and breath work. These practices are designed to enhance your overall well-being, providing you with tools to lead a balanced and vibrant life

The Balanced Way

Holistic Nutrition & Mineral Balance, 6 months  Are you constantly feeling drained, struggling to think clearly, battling with stubborn weight, and experiencing the tumultuous effects of peri-menopause? Do you feel like your body is out of sync and crave a sense of balance and vitality? The Balanced Way is here to help. This comprehensive 6-month personalized program is designed specifically for those who are looking to reclaim their energy, mental clarity, and overall well-being. Utilizing Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) to get to the root of your issues, the program develops a customized nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle plan tailored to your unique needs. You'll benefit from an in-depth intake, practical swaps to make while waiting for your results, two HTMA tests (initial and retest), two customized protocols, and both individual and group coaching each month. Imagine waking up refreshed, thinking clearly, feeling fit, and navigating midlife changes with ease. The Balanced Way is your path to knowing what to do to achieve these goals and to create a revitalized sense of balance in mind, body and spirit.

Program Outline

  1. Comprehensive Intake
  2. You begin by completing an in-depth intake so I can understand your unique health needs and goals. This forms the foundation for a tailored program. We will have a 15-30 minute phone chat to clarify your intake and you will receive recommendations and group support while waiting for your results (which can take 3-4 weeks).

  1. Functional Lab Testing & Personalized Protocol
  2. Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is used to benchmark mineral levels and overall health status. These results, coupled with the intake, will inform your customized nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle plan to optimize mineral balance (cellular energy), support natural healing processes, and improve overall well-being. A 90-minute in-person session is held to review results and answer questions, with a booklet provided for reference.

  1. Ongoing Support

    Receive ongoing support through 4, 30-minute individual coaching sessions (months 2, 3, 5 and 6), along with and 1-2 group coaching sessions each month to stay on track and address any challenges.

  2. Retest and Updated Protocol

    At month 3/4, retest HTMA to track progress. Meet for a 60-minute session to discuss your results, new protocol, and recommendations for the remaining months.

  3. Graduate
  4. Continue to implement your new habits and continue your health journey with renewed energy, motivation and new resources to support your future goals!

The Balanced Way Snapshot

Mineral Lab & Holistic Nutrition, 1 hour session/video results
When it comes to improving your diet, understanding your mineral status is essential because minerals act as the body's cellular spark plugs. Minerals like magnesium, potassium, sodium and calcium play a key role in energy production, digestion and nutrient absorption, hormone regulation, inflammation control, and overall well-being. If you're not ready for the full 6-month commitment of The Balanced Way but still want to
improve your health, this Snapshot offers a targeted approach. This service includes an HTMA lab (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) and a 1-hour in-person intake assessment to understand your current lifestyle and health status. When your lab results are in, you'll receive a 30-minute video covering your HTMA results, basic recommendations, and additional resources like recipes and shopping lists to help you start making positive changes immediately.

This is an excellent option for those looking to begin a personalized and self-led wellness
journey without a long-term commitment. It pairs perfectly with the Wellness Blueprint class, and you can upgrade to The Balanced Way for retesting and more individual and group support if desired.
